100 Calorie Protein Bars

3 steps
Prep:10min
To me, a protein bar must meet 3 basic requirements. It must have (1) at least 10g of protein per 100cal, with protein being the predominant macro nutrient. (2) It has to have no added sugar, and finally (3) it must be a solid at room temperature, so it can be taken on the go. These protein bars meet all 3, as they clock in at just 100 calories and over 11g of protein
