Instructions

Step 1
1.To each meal prep tub add 1 Weetabix and crush it up
Step 2
2. Pour milk over Weetabix
Step 3
3.Mix well and push down into the base of the tub
Step 4
4.Mix yogurt with 30g protein powder. Top with banana, drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of coco powder
Step 5
5.Put the lids on and place in the fridge overnight
