Instructions

Pizza dough

Step 1
Pour the yeast into a container and add the sugar and some of the water. Stir everything well and leave the yeast to swell for 5 minutes

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them together with your hands or a mixer.
Step 3
Shape the dough into a ball and leave it to rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes, preferably 60 minutes or overnight.

Pizza

Step 4
Sprinkle some flour on the worktop and knead the dough. Shape it into a ball and then roll it flat with a rolling pin.
Step 5
Place the flat pizza dough on baking paper.
Step 6
Brush one half of the pastry with half of the olive oil. Then fold the other uncoated half over it. Now brush the dough again with olive oil.
Step 7
Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for approx. 15-20 minutes until it is slightly crispy and golden brown.
Step 8
In the meantime, you can prepare the ingredients for the filling. The ingredients can be varied according to preference.
Step 9
Halve the tomatoes and grate the Parmesan cheese.
Step 10
Carefully unfold the baked pizza dough and cover the bottom half with the ingredients.
Step 11
Finally, close the pizza and enjoy!
