Instructions
Step 1
Poor rice and water into a pot. Bring to a boil at medium then immediately reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes
Step 2
Chop Kale and put in a pot with chicken bouillon, and jam. Cook on medium low until tender.
Step 3
Cook chicken 4-6 minutes per side on medium then add bulgogi and cook until no longer pink. Slice.
Step 4
Add all ingredients into a bowl. Top with mayo and serve.
