Instructions

Step 1
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Combine meatball ingredients and form into small balls.
Step 3
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Step 4
For the sauce, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened, then stir in spinach until wilted.
Step 5
Top pasta with meatballs and cover with Alfredo sauce.
