Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken in a large pot and add water to cover. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken pulls apart. Easily with a fork. Remove the chicken from the pot. And place in a large bowl and discard the cooking water.
Step 2
Shred the chicken. Transfer half to an airtight container and refrigerate.
Step 3
In a large pot add Chicken, ketchup, mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine. Heat over medium, covered, until chicken is warmed.
Step 4
Combine ingredients to make slaw.
Step 5
Serve on a toasted bun.
