Eid Special Beef Chatkhara Boti 😋 Crispy on the outside, super tender and juicy on the inside😋 Ingredients and steps: 1 kg boneless beef 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp white vinegar 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 sliced onion Half sliced pepper/capsicum 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp paprika or red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt Mix everything. Add 1 glass of water.Pressure cook for 25 minutes or until meat is cooked. Once meat is cooked , Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tbsp kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp chaat masala 3 tbsp cornflour And gently coat the pieces. Deep fry or shallow fry or you can air fry.In the same oil Fry some onions and chillies with salt, turmeric powder,paprika and some dried parsley or coriander . Serve beef on top of fried onions . Enjoy with paratha or puri and chutney .
