Instructions

Step 1
Make sure the chicken wings are thawed and not frozen. Separate the wings, if necessary. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Rub the chicken wings with canola oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Place chicken wings into the preheated air fryer basket, do not crowd the basket, you’ll probably have to cook in batches.
Step 5
Cook the wings at 380°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 6
Meanwhile, while the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a small bowl. Add the hot sauce and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
When the wings are finished cooking, add them to the mixing bowl with the sauce and toss them until each wing is well coated.
Step 8
Serve with ranch and blue cheese to dip and celery and carrot sticks.
