This is basically only 2 ingredients, 1 bowl, rolling pin needed and either parchment or wax paper for rolling out the dough.

Instructions

Step 1
If you're using a food processor, put everything in and process until a soft ball forms
Step 2
If you're using a hand mixer, beat the egg first and then beat in remaining ingredients
Step 3
Using two sheets of parchment paper or wax paper, roll out the dough between the sheets until about one-sixteenth inch.

Cut into small rectangles using a table knife. I usually get 36 pieces.
Step 5
Bake in pre-heated 350ºF oven for 8 or so minutes. If browned around the edges, they're done. You might have to remove in stages.
