Ingredients

Marinate
600gchicken
½ cupgreek yogurt
1 Tbslemon juice
2 tspgaram masala
1 tspturmeric
1 tspground cumin
¼ tspcayenne pepper
1 Tbsfresh ginger
2cloves garlic
minced
Curry
Instructions
Step 1
Coat chicken in remaining marinate ingredients and refrigerate for an hour to overnight.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a hot pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook for 3-5 mins.
Step 3
Add tomato puree, cream, sweetener and salt. Simmer for 15-20 mins until chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Serve with rice and/or naan.
