1/4 c vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix batter ingredients (egg, milk, oil, flour, baking powder, sugar)
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix cinnamon sugar ingredients (butter, sugar, cinnamon, pancake batter)
Step 3
Make icing in a separate bowl
Step 4
Cover pan in butter and melt
Step 5
Pour pancake batter into pan
Step 6
Cover pancake until see bubbles
Step 7
Add cinnamon sugar in a swirl on pancakes
Step 8
Put a lid on again and steam for 4-5 mins
Step 9
Remove and plate with icing over top
