Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, begin heating your oil and butter

Once hot, add your chicken breast

Season both sides and fully cook the chicken

Once cooked, set aside

To your skillet, add jar of dried tomatoes and chicken broth

Bring to a simmer

Once simmering, add dry pasta and mix until pasta is fully covered

Turn the heat to low, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes

While that cooks, chop your cooked chicken and spinach
Step 10
Once your pasta is done, mix well
Step 11
Add cream and slowly stir in your cheese
Step 12
Add your spinach and chicken and mix
Step 13
Cover and cook for 5 more minutes
