Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease and line a square cake tin (20 cm) with baking paper and set aside.
Step 2
Place flaxseeds (linseeds) into mixing bowl and mill 30 sec/speed 10.
Step 3
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 20 sec/speed 4. Transter into prepared tin and firmly press down. Bake for 30-35 minutes (160°C) or until golden.
Step 4
Allow to cool to room temperature, then place into refrigerator until firm (approx. 1 hour). Slice into long strips (2 cm wide), then cut into halves to serve (makes 20 bars in total).
