Instructions

Step 1
Air fry hashbrown at 400F for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy
Step 2
Heat a pan with a small tab of butter and cook egg to your liking. Sprinkle half of cheese on top
Step 3
Sprinkle rest of cheese on tortilla, top with crispy hashbrown, and egg.
Step 4
Top with hot sauce, ketchup and cilantro
