Instructions

Step 1
CCP--Wash & sanitize hands & prep area. Wear gloves & discard per Facility HACCP guidelines.
Step 2
1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on single service paper towels and chop when cooled.
Step 3
2. Melt margarine in skillet and sauté the chopped onion until tender.
Step 4
3. Place thawed okra and stewed tomatoes in a pan. Bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally. Add chopped cooked bacon, sautéed onions, and garlic salt. Simmer another 5 minutes to blend flavors. Transfer to steamtable pan.
Step 5
CCP: Maintain 135*F or above.
Step 6
Serve using a 4 oz spoodle.*Refrigerate leftovers. Cover, Label & Date.
