200mlheavy cream
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tspdried oregano
50gemmental cheese
grated
1mozzarella
4cherry tomatoes
2 Tbspfresh basil

Instructions
Gnocchi
Step 1
Heat the butter in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the gnocchi and fry for about 3-4min until crispy and golden brown.
Sauce
Step 2
Cute the tomatoes in half, dice the mozzarella and chop the basil.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Add the gnocchi to a casserole dish and pure the sauce over it.
Step 5
Pull the Gorgonzola cheese apart and place it onto the Gnocchi.
Step 6
Grate the Parmesan cheese onto the gnocchis as well.
Step 7
Bake the Gnocchis in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20min until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thicken.
