Instructions
Step 1
Quarter or halve red potatoes depending on how big they are.

Finely chop fresh dill or use 1/2 -1 tbsp dried dill

Toss potatoes in dill & olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Put on sheet tray and bake at 450°F for 20mins or until tender

If you'd like them extra crispy, broil on high after baking for 3mins
