Filling

Step 1
Whisk together the sugar, cornstarch and salt

Add the peaches and lemon juice

Cobbler

Whisk together the eggs, sugar.

Add melted butter and the milk.

Stir in the dry ingredients

Drizzle a pan with 30g of melted butter

Pour the batter into the pan

Spoon the peaches on top

Bake the cobbler for 50 to 60 minutes at 175°C
