Chicken Fingers
The secret to delicious chicken fingers is to use juicy and succulent skin-on chicken thighs (an not chicken breast!). The crunchiness is provided by a mix of Parmesan cheese, almond flour, and pork rinds, but any of these three on their own will work too.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450F. Drizzle a large baking sheet with olive oil
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag and shake well to completely coat the chicken thighs
Step 3
Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer on the tray and bake for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes.
