Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and celery in margarine with bay leaf for 10 minutes. Stir in nuts.
Step 2
Add 2 pints (1100ml) stock, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cool overnight.
Step 4
Blend, reheat and season, and add more stock if needed.
