Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the orzo and garlic, mixing for a couple of minutes to lightly toast the orzo. Add some salt and pepper.

Stir in the broth, then bring to a boil. Once boiling, immediately reduce the heat to a medium-low, cover, and simmer. You'll want to cook for 10ish minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 3
Stir in the cream, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Top with parmesan.
Step 4
And you are done.
