Instructions
Step 1
Marinade the chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, tumeric, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin, ginger, and garlic. Leave overnight.
Step 2
Cook the chicken for 3 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Blend the passata and cottage cheese together, then add to the chicken as well as any leftover marinade.
Step 4
Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
