Step 1
1. bring a large pot of salted water to boil
2. Trim and halve the Brussel Sprouts lengthwise; lay flat, then thinly slice crosswise into shreds.
3. Once the water is boiling, add spaghetti to pot and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Heat a large drizzle of olive oil in pan over medium high heat; Add Brussel sprouts; season with garlic salt and red pepper flakes; cook until bright green and softened.
5. Once the spaghetti is done, strain it. In the same pot add cream, garlic herb butter, and parmesan cheese. Steer over low heat until melted.
6. Combine all ingredients and serve.
