Step 1
Bring a half a pot of water to boil. Season water with salt. Once boiling add your pasta and cook according to box instructions.

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400. Either line a baking dish with parchment paper or if using an air fryer wait until preheat is done and then line with parchment paper.

Combine together paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper with olive oil. Place salmon on parchment paper and then coat with seasoning. Cook for 12 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan on medium heat combine minced garlic, tomato puree, half and half, pasta water and spinach together for 5-8 minutes or until hot. Add in cooked noodles, stir. Taste then add salt and pepper if needed.
