Step 1
Making the sauce: Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic, and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar (optional) in a bowl.

Boil water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Cook 3.5 ounces (100 g) of angel hair pasta for 4 minutes.

Thinly slice a little cucumber and 2 leaves of kimchi after washing and squeezing out excess water.
Step 4
After 4 minutes, drain and rinse pasta in cold water.
Step 5
Combine pasta, kimchi, cucumber, and optional seaweed flakes in a bowl. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the pasta. Add a boiled egg if desired.
