chopped however sautéed in 1/4 cup butter until soft
cumin
coriander
black pepper
oregano
cayenne
as desired
garlic
as it gets tender and sautée in
14 ozmedium chunky salsa
6corn tortillas
rip in
5 cupschicken stock
once the salsa comes to a boil
salt
2 cupsrotisserie chicken
cut
2 tablespoonslime
or more to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Sautée 1 onion in 1/4 cup butter til soft Add tablespoon of garlic as it gets tender Add jar of salsa Rip in 6 corn tortillas once the salsa comes to a boil add 5 cups of chicken stock
let simmer for 25 min on low
Add teaspoon of salt
Add to blender and blend until it’s smooth
Add 2 cups of rotisssrie chicken and two tablespoons of lime
Cook for 20 more minutes
