Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Wash potatoes & then cut each potato into 8 long strips, put in a gallon Ziploc bag.
Step 3
Put oil & spices into a small bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Pour oil mixture into Ziploc bag with potatoes & shake/mix until well coated.
Step 5
Put tin foil on a tray and spray with cooking oil.
Step 6
Pour potatoes onto tray and cook for 40 min.
