Mango Salsa Fish Stick Tacos

Have frozen fish sticks sitting in your freezer and stuff to make tacos? Why not make fish tacos for a quick meal that is fully adjustable to your pantry!

Instructions

Step 1
Cook fish sticks your preferred method (You can sprinkle some seasoning on top while their cooking, I used Seasoning Salt)
Step 2
Once the fish sticks are almost finished, heat up two Tortillas.
Step 3
Spread 1/2 of the avacado on one tortilla and the other half on the other (or you can use guacamole)
Step 4
Lay 4 fishsticks down on each tortilla, and sprinkle your choice of cheese on top
Step 5
Add your choice of salsa (I used Mango Salsa I found in the deli)
Step 6
Add lettuce, then top with sour cream and avacado ranch (or your choice of condiments)

Enjoy!
