2 c whole spelt flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease two 8 x 8 cake pans. Combine bananas, sugar, eggs, olive oil, sour cream and vanilla and whisk until smooth. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, almonds, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until combined. Add chocolate.
Pour cake batter into pans, divide batter evenly and smooth into even layers with a spatula. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let cake cool for 30 minutes and cut in squares.
