Instructions

Step 1
Use a decent sised pan. Put in spray oil. Saute the ground meat ( sprinkle the meat with garlic flakes and black pepper), onions, and mushrooms. As that sautes down, microwave the broccoli florets and then the stir fry mix ( follow the instructions on the bag, let sit a min or so before opening the bags.) Once the meat and veggies in the pan are cooked through add both bags of heated veggied. Dont worry about condensation on the veggies in the bag. Add your favorite sauce. Ours is Soy Vey. Saute just long enough for the sauce to cover the veggies and meat. Serve as is or over rice or noodles.

Modify this to your family's taste, add ginger or green oinios, change the sauce, use only broccoli, or add or remove veggies. We often add the pepper and oion stir fry mix.
