Instructions

Step 1
Heat 6 shrimps on the stove until fully cooked. Chop up finely and mix with 1 tbs mayo and chili crunch.
Step 2
Chop cucumber in half the long ways and hollow out the middle of your cucumber using a spoon.
Step 3
Add the cucumber remnants to the shrimp salad and mix in. Mix 1 tbs mayo and hot sauce in separate dish.
Step 4
Add 1/4 cooked rice to the bed of each cucumber and top with shrimp salad. Drizzle with spicy mayo & green onion.
