Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter using saute setting in instapot
Step 2
Turn off saute and add soups, broth, and gravy.
Step 3
Pepper and garlic powder the pork chops and add to liquid in Instapot.
Step 4
Seal and cook on high for 8 mins (thin pork chops) to 10 mins (regular thickness pork chops).
Step 5
When done let naturally release for 5 minutes and then release rest and open the lid.
Step 6
Mix cold water and corn starch together and add to pot to thicken the gravy.
Step 7
Turn in saute and mix continuously until desired thickness. You can add more cornstarch/cold water mixture if not thick enough.
Step 8
Serve with stuffing, rice, or mashed potatoes.
