Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 180 fan
Step 2
Cut the potatoes in half lengthways, then into vertical strips, thickness of your choice
Step 3
Lay on a baking tray, and drizzle with olive oil
Step 4
Toss the wedges together to coat in the oil
Step 5
Sprinkle with the dried garlic and mixed herbs
Step 6
Oven bake for 30 mins or until golden brown
