Instructions
Garlic herbes butter
Step 1
Cut the upper half of the garlic off.
Step 2
Place the garlic onto a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle on the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Wrap up the garlic and place it in the oven at 180 degree circulation air for about 40min.

Meanwhile you can prepare the other steps.
Fried tomatoes
Step 5
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for 1min.

Add the seasoning and fry for another minute.
Garlic herbes Butter
Step 8
Chop the basil.
Step 9
Add the butter, basil, salt and pepper to a bowl. Then squeeze the garlic into it. Mix everything well until smooth.
Ciabatta
Step 10
Cut the whole ciabatta in half. Use the bottom half for the next steps.
Step 11
Spread the bottom half with the garlic herbes butter.
Step 12
Add the ricotta and spread it as well.
Step 13
Pull the mozzarella apart and place the piece onto the ricotta.
Step 14
Bake the ciabatta in the oven at 170 degrees circulation air for about 10min.
Step 15
Finally place the tomato halves on top and drizzle on the remaining olive oil from the pan. Enjoy!
