Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375℉. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl beat together the eggs, oil, yogurt, and milk.
Step 3
Add the broccoli and cheese. Combine well.
Step 4
Next add in the baking powder, salt and Za'atar. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the flour and mix until just incorporated – dough will be thick!
Step 6
Using a 2 oz ice cream scooper, scoop 12 tight packed mounds onto the parchment paper.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Let stand 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
