Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown pork loin pieces on all sides. Season with some salt and pepper.

Pour chicken broth into the skillet, add penne pasta, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked al dente.
