Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the parsley, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into Insta pot or pressure cooker.

whole wheat penne1 lb
Step 2
Seal lid and pressure cook 4 minutes.
Step 3
Fast release, mix well and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Close lid and keep warm for an additional 5 minutes.
