Step 1
Mince the lamb meat as long as it takes to make it ground meat.

Put the ground meat into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a spoon of flur. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with a spatula and then form the burger and keep it aside.

Peel the potato and slice it as thin as possible. Slice the mushrooms too.

Take a pan, pour some olive oil into it, add some rosemary and garlic, and warm it up. Do not keep the heat too much high, let it warm up slowly.

Remove the garlic and the rosemary from the pan and then ease down both mushrooms and potatoes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and cover the pan. Cook the vegetable for about 15 minutes until they are all soft.

While cooking the vegetables, prepare the burger too. Melt some butter in a pan with some garlic and rosemary. When the butter starts frying, remove both garlic and rosemary from the pan and then ease down the burger. Cook the burger for about five minutes each side.

Slice the burger bun, warm it up if you wish, and then spread some mayo on it. Lay down some salad and tomato slices. Add then the burger, a couple of slices of cheese, and then mushrooms and potatoes.
