At Home KFC Bowl

A cozy weeknight dinner, can be even easier if you use store bought mashed potatoes!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Make mashed potatoes (recipe is a few back on page)
Step 2
In a small pot- add corn, butter, ranch powder and paprika. Cook until corn is golden brown
Step 3
Air fry chicken tenders for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Chop into pieces, toss in buffalo sauce and put back in the air fryer for another minute.
Step 4
Assemble your bowl. Sprinkle some cheese on the bottom then add mashed potatoes, more cheese, corn mixture, buffalo chicken, more cheese if you like then top with ranch and enjoy!
