Instructions

Step 1
Marinate your chicken in 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt.
Step 2
Cook on the stove top over low to medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Minimize flipping until after 5-10 minutes of cooking.
Step 3
Add shredded romaine to bowl as your base. Top with diced avocado, roasted corn, red onion, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage to bowl.
Step 4
Remove chicken from heat and dice or shred based on your preference. Top the bowl with chicken and drizzle in remaining barbecue sauce.
