Step 1
Steam broccoli as per instructions on the bags. While broccoli is steaming break up the bag of shredded hashbrowns so there are no big chunks.
Drain broccoli and return to pot. Mix hashbrowns into the pot with broccoli. Add tablespoon of butter and let get soft or melt.
Add in both cans of cream of chicken or alternative, mayo, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.
Put mixture in casserole dish and top with the second cup of cheese or add more if you want.
Cover with aluminum foil and back at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Add salt on top to taste and serve.
