Have you ever had a “Viennetta” ice cream cake? It is made with a milk ice cream and a crunchy chocolate and it’s mamma mia!

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whip the cream and incorporate the condensed milk. In the meantime, melt 200g dark chocolate in the microwave, pour it on a tray previously lined with parchment paper, freeze it and cut it into rectangles. Line a loaf tin with cling film, alternate layers of cream and chocolate, freeze it for a couple of hours and decorate with the remaining chocolate and cocoa. Buon appetito!
