Salad
0.5can of chickpeas
½ cupbeluga lentils
100gcherry tomatoes
quartered
0.5cucumber
deseeded
¼ cupkalamata olives
or green
1shallot
¼ cupfeta cheese
Salad dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the chickpeas and lentil, rinse under water until no longer foamy
Step 2
Add to a bowl together with vegetables, olives and feta
Step 3
Add the dressing and mix well
Step 4
Add salad leaves of choice to bulk up the salad and enjoy
