Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground turkey in a large skillet. Use a spatula to crumble the meat. Cook on medium-high until browned.
Step 2
Stir in salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, paprika, and minced garlic. Saute for one more minutes so the garlic is golden in color. Remove turkey and garlic from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium. Add the oil to the skillet with the zucchini, onion, and bell pepper. Sprinkle with more salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and pepper. Stir. Statue, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent and zucchini is tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Return the cooked ground turkey and garlic to the skillet. Add the water, tomato paste, tomatos, dill, feta and fresh spinach. Stir. Cover and simmer everything for another 5-10 minutes.
