Slice or minche the serrano ham, depending on how you like it.

Mince the zucchini and the shallot.

Add a couple of spoon of olive oil in a pan and add both the shallot and the zucchini. Cover the pan and stew the vegetables untile they are soft. If the pan gets too dry, add a spoon of water.

When the vegetables are soft, put them into a food processor with some salt, pepper, saffron, and olive oil.

Cook the pasta in salty water for as long as it is indicated on the box.

Put the zucchini cream into a pan and warm it up, adding the serrano ham.
