Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Vegetables:In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, avocado chunks, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
Step 2
Make the Dressing:In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, and minced garlic.
Step 3
