Instructions
Step 1
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, bring water and 2 tbsp butter to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix and dried cranberries, cover, remove from heat, and let sit 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, cover, and set aside.
Step 2
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and remaining butter.
Step 3
Place turkey cutlets in seasoned flour, coating evenly. Place in skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan, over low heat, warm gravy.
Step 5
Place one cutlet on each serving plate, top with half of the stuffing and top with cutlet. Pour gravy over and serve.
