Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl and marinade the chicken with curd, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hr
Step 2
In a pan add oil and add the curry leaves, crushed ginger and garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes.
Step 3
To this add green chillies and Onion and sauté until the onion turns translucent
Step 4
Now add the tomato and cook until it turns mushy.
Step 5
Now add the marinated chicken to this and mix it well.
Step 6
Now add turmeric powder, Fennel Powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix it well.
Step 7
Now close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Constantly sauté so that it doesn’t burn in the bottom. To this add the Pepper powder and let it cook for another 5 minutes
Step 8
Once the chicken is cooked garnish it with coriander before switching off the stove.
