Instructions

Step 1
Add oats, milk and chia seeds to a bowl or container and mix to combine. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then stir again
Step 2
Im a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and casein protein together until smooth.
Step 3
Spread yoghurt mixture evenly over oats.
Step 4
Seal container and store in fridge overnight (or for 1 hour minimum). Serve cold topped with raspberries.
