Instructions
Step 1
In a hot frying pan, add tomatoes and cook until beginning to soften (about 4 to 5 minutes).

Add in beans, garlic, basil and oregano. Cook for a few further minutes.

Add in the greens, cooking until wilted.

Remove from the heat and divide mixture between bread slices.
